Yes, you can. Simply enter your address as the billing address and the address where you want to ship your products as the shipping address during checkout.

Yes, you must have to create an account to place an order on our website. It is necessary for shopping, checkout and will enhance your shopping experience. Having an account also allows you to enjoy special benefits and easily share ratings and reviews based on your experiences with our products.
All transactions on Kief Wellness Online are secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Your information is encrypted during transmission to protect against unauthorized access. We follow stringent security practices adopted by major online vendors. You can verify a secure connection by checking for the padlock icon either at the bottom corner or end of the address bar in your browser window during checkout.
Payment rejections can occur due to various reasons, including incorrect card/net banking details, insufficient funds, or technical issues. If you’ve recently received a new card, ensure that the details entered are accurate and match the information associated with your current credit card.
COD is not available for all pin codes due to courier limitations. Use our pin code finder during the checkout process to check if COD is available at your delivery address.
During checkout, you’ll find a section to enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. Once entered, the discount will automatically apply to your order. Proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen payment method.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). International orders are dispatched within 36-48 hours, subject to destination country guidelines. Track your order status in the ‘My Account’ section of the website, where you’ll find a tracking number and logistic partner details. This information will also be emailed to you. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a password reset. Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on our website and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive instructions to reset your password, including a temporary password sent to your email. We recommend changing this temporary password as soon as possible for security reasons.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. We suggest canceling the existing order and placing a new one with the desired changes.
– Domestic Orders: You can pay using Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
– International Orders: Payments can be made using Credit Cards (all countries) or Debit Cards (select countries only).
COD is available for orders of INR 3,000 and above. You can use our pin code finder during checkout to check if COD is available at your delivery address.

Refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to determine if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders not yet shipped, cancellation will be processed within 24 hours, and the refund will reflect according to your bank’s guidelines, typically within 10 business days. Delivered orders cannot be returned unless they qualify under our Returns and Refunds Policy. For products with tampered or open packaging, notify our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, providing supporting images if applicable, so we can address your concern effectively.
